Yesterday it was only Dominik and me, and we decided to not do the meeting.
Please let us know if you have any suggestions on how to make our meetings more productive and have more people attending. I would love to hear some thoughts/feedback about this topic.
Cheers, Jona
Hey Jona and everyone,
regarding the meetings, we had this issue for some time now and I completely agree with Jona that we need to change something. Maybe the IRC format is wrong. I was thinking about the meetings and came up with this idea: Why not have a week-long forum-like discussion, where anyone can join at any time. The meetings always have some information that the chair shares at the beginning and then everyone chimes in. So I think it could work like this. We can do this once per two weeks or monthly.
Let me know what you think.
Nemanja
