Hi @ all,
I know you all reading the logs for the meetings very carefully and so you know we plan a bigger presence next year at Chemnitzer Linux-Tage. Thats one of the major events in Germany with officially 3.000 visitors.
http://chemnitzer.linux-tage.de/2012/info/index?cookielang=en
Right now we try to get an room or an track in the official program with Fedora related talks. In both cases we need talks, so on the end thats an fishing mail for them ;) If you have a idea for an talk, you can submit it
http://chemnitzer.linux-tage.de/2012/vortraege/call_form?cookielang=en (german only, if you need help with filling the form- just ping me)
But dont forget to post it on the wiki pages, maybe we can take not from CLT accepted talks and put them in hour program
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Chemnitzer_Linuxtage_2012
sad, but there are only a few days until the call for papers ends - january 6th.

it is at a weekend - and sure a ovirt talk is certainly welcome.

I should buy new glasses :-) I will send in some proposals tonight, and post them on the wiki?

You follow the instructions given in Sirko's first mail in this thread AND you add it in out wiki.
Unfortunately the instructions on the CLT website are in German only and I am not sure if this is a slip or on purpose. CLT traditionally is a German-speaking event, both the exhibitors and the audience are mostly German. Last year only 2 our of over 90 talks were in English, so i wouldn't have be too optimistic if I submitted a talk in English.

Please note it is still unclear if we'll get a Fedora track or not and if it's talk would have to be approved by CLT and go through their submission process our if we can decide ourselves.

true! but i think it makes no harm to have people submit talks!
