I'm Gabriele Trombini (FAS mailga), an Italian Ambassador.
I've a couple of questions about EMEA FAD 2012 planned for December in Rheinfelden - Germany.
The first is about the adhesion procedure: have I only to put my name in the wiki?
The other is about how many people can partecipate for single country? If we are more than one, either Ambassadors or not, can we all partecipate?
Thank you for your replies.

This is correct. There also is a Facebook page, but I don't think signing up there is mandatory. The wiki is the authoritative source and Gerold as the event owner will get in contact with you.

We like to have at least one ambassador from every country. For Germany we already have 4 or 5 signed up, so there is no limit as ling as we can work efficiently.
The FAD in Rheinfelden traditionally is a small (10-15 people) but important event. We try to reach out to the leaders of the local communities and do the planning for the whole next year. This means we make a list of all events in EMEA we want to attend and if things go well, we also have event owners for all of them.
So if you want to run an event in Italy in 2013, it would be cool if you join us in Rheinfelden.
Kind regards, Christoph
Thank you Christoph,
I'll see you in Rheinfelden.
Gabriele

Ciao Gabriele,
as Christop still answered absolutly correctly: There are no limitation for "single Country attendence" or something like this. I have right now blocked 10 double rooms (because we were mostly between 10 and 20 people and we have a date till which we have to fix the blocked rooms.
As Christoph also explained fairly, it is a FAD where the Ambassadors from EMEA meet and "decide" where, when and also who (attendence of Ambassadors) will show up in the next year; also mostly we decide which is the most important event from our POV in the next year. And last but not least, we are looking for the amount of money we need to cover all our plans :-) I also think, we're talking about FUDCon EMEA 2013 ...
