FAMSCo has set aside a budget of about 600 Euros for FrOSCon. Note that Max's travel costs and hotel to the event will *not* come out of this budget.
This budget can be used for any costs associated with the show, including swag, and also for subsidizing travel & accomodations for Ambassadors.
I have updated the FrOSCon page on the wiki: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FedoraEvents/FrOSCon/FrOSCon2008
Here are some of the questions that I would like to ask on the list:
1) Who has the posters and booth decorations from LinuxTag? How can we get some of those things for FrOSCon?
2) Who would like to volunteer to get some stickers made? In particular, I would like to see a good quality production of Nicu's sticker kit, but I leave it up to the actual volunteer.
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Artwork/MarketingCollateral#Fedora_Stickers
3) We have two XOs in EMEA. Who has them? We need to get one to Robert Albrecht.
4) Max will work with local folks (probably Red Hat Germany) to get more Live CDs made, and also Tshirts.
5) We need someone to volunteer to look into accomodation options near the event. Probably someone who speaks German. :)

Robert have one XO - another one is in Poland - another one is by JensKühnel in Frankfurt - i think it is easy possible to send Jens´s XO to Robert if you need two at Froscon.

I will be at the Froscon. If I'm not at the Froscon I will send me XO to someone who is at the Froscon.

Thanks Max!
I updated the wiki a bit.
We know where the posters are and how to get them. We need someone to bring them to FrOSCon, tho (after we sent them to that person).
Robert Albrecht has a XO as far as we know. He's following this list, I'm sure he'll tell us if that's true or not soon-ish.
For accomodation: According to the event's wiki[1] it'd be possible to stay at the university (where the event is taking place) over night. There's no price and no details yet. But I'm positive, that this would be the cheapest way to sleep there. I figure it won't be the most comfortable thing, too - but it's only for one night and the way from your bed to the booth couldn't be shorter.
As for my attendance, I wouldn't like to see our budget spent in my travel costs. There's enough ambassadors who'll attent FrOSCon without me and you better spend the budget in give-aways :)

Oh, I missed the accommodation page[1] on the FrOSCon website.
That page mentions, that there's no possibility to sleep at the event's university this year (the wiki still reflects the last year it seems).
But they have a hotel where one night costs EUR 69 for a twin room (i.e. EUR ~35 per person).
I think that's a great price. And it seems to get there from the university by public transports.

Hi,

Who has them ? Are they usable once more or should we order new ones ?
- Who would like to volunteer to get some stickers made? In particular,

Who produced the stickers for Linuxtag ? Any left or should we order some new ?

What to do for the tshirts ? Do we have to order them ? Where are they delivered to ?

I am going to be getting in touch with Joerg to help order more tshirts for the event, which we'll pay for out of a combination of the Fedora budget and the Fedora EMEA e.V. budget.
