It is great to know that you have taken the onus of organizing a Fedora event at Manipur. I recall that the Linux-Manipur group keeps on organizing regular events. Would it be possible for you to check up with them ? The reason I suggest this is that it would lead to a coupling of forces and provide you with the existing contacts to organize a Fedora 10 release party perhaps.
A release party is generally a whole lot of fun since you get to meet new people, help each other resolve niggling issues while installation and configuration and have a great time within the group.
If waiting for Fedora 10 release seems too long, you can take up September 20th (Software Freedom Day) and organize a meetup with the agenda of:
+ talk about Free and Open Source Software + introducing participants to Fedora + handing out Fedora 9 media + talking a bit about how to participate and contribute to Fedora
If you require any kind of support please feel free to drop into #fedora-india (on irc.freenode.net) or the fedora-india@redhat.com mailing list (which I put in cc:)

First thing stay in contact with the other ambassadors around you (thanks Tushar for the availability). Secondly see http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FedoraEvents and add your event there.
An advice: to request resources from FAmSCo you need to add your event one month before the beginning of the fiscal quarter, for example now you are late if you want to ask for resources for Q3 (September - November), but if you are considering creating/joining an event in the next quarter Q4 (December - February) you could be able to make the request (then FAmSCo will decide about this one).
This was the formal side of answer, for the informal one I could only say: remember when you are in a public event you represent Fedora, and what you say is what people referring to Fedora. Another one: Be friendly and mix the technical skills with the joyful side: people will like this one.
For the technical side: if you have a booth try to organize it in a well way so that people could see what Fedora people are offering (e.g. show a demo station with fedora).
That's what I can say, naturally I'm pretty sure people around you, like Tushar could be more helpful than me.
Regards
Francesco Ugolini
Naturally, feel free to ask here or FAmSCo.
Thanks Franceso,
Rishikesh you can write a mail to me @: tneupaney@gmail.com. I am looking at how many CDs can we provide (Put it near 30). And I can send you Fedora 9.
Thank you.

That's a great news.
What Sankarshan said is complete and perfect. I'm sure APAC community could help you better than anyone, but if you have more doubts feel free to ask here.

What exactly are you looking for, is it normal home-burned dvd's. Or do you need the Fancy Ones with Fedora printerd on them?
If the latter maybe contact #fedora-ambvassadors, #fedora-mktg on irc.freenode.net.
It's not something most would have.

There are a lot of people in Europe who can help you. Maybe there will be some DVDs left from FUDCon. If that happen I will be able to send you those. Tell us more about the event where you need this DVDs for. I can see any up-coming event in Spain in the near future.
BTW, please stop 'Top-Posting' [1]. It's really hard to follow your conversation
Kind regards,

Ya, It will always be better if someone from Europe help you.
And I guess you can find someone.
Is no one here from Europe?
It costs $40 to send you courier from Nepal to Spain and I have to keep it below 1 kilo gram.
And I hope this is costly for (Maybe I can send you 25) 25 DVDs.
Lets wait some time for some response from europe?

I saw your website. It's awesome. And the ideas are great.
Do you want to put some stall there. Basically what we do here is put some stall and sell some souvenirs like T-Shirts, Stickers, Bag Tags etc for fund. If you think its worth while we can provide you some cultural T-Shirts, Stickers and Bag Tags that promotes open source at cost only price. Don't know but I guess this might help!
You can sell them and get some fund for you.

That's a great news.
What Sankarshan said is complete and perfect. I'm sure APAC community could help you better than anyone, but if you have more doubts feel free to ask here.
