Hi (*puts Sugar Labs hat on*),
I'm currently preparing the next release of the F12-based Sugar on a Stick, which is guideline-wise a remix. I've been drafting up some docs and was thinking of using the Fedora Remix logo. I know that one usually doesn't need to ask for permission to do so, but in this case, I was wondering whether it would be possible to use a different color than the ones listed here [1].
What we'd need is an entirely gray logo - at least that would fit best. Is this already covered by the "1-color treatment suggestions" or what's the way to follow for this?

That should be fine since it's grey and doesn't have a hue to it.
