I've packaged latest OpenJFX 8.0.40 b25 for Fedora 23.
It is built using latest Gradle 2.5-rc-2 in offline mode.
Spec file with patches is available at:
https://github.com/mizdebsk/newpkg/tree/openjfx
I don't plan to maintain OpenJFX in Fedora. Interested parties are free
to take my spec file and continue work to make it available in Fedora.
