Are there any other reasons for requiring jpackage-utils on -javadoc subpkgs? I could not find anything specific in the java guidelines, except in the ant and maven templates.

$ rpm -qvl jpackage-utils | grep javadoc drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 0 Mar 30 15:00 /usr/share/javadoc
I.e. jpackage-utils provides main javadoc directory
