Why is /usr/lib/jvm missing on F13 when it exists on previous versions?
Where is it now relocated?

Do you have jpackage-utils installed? It provides that directory.

Rats, I checked again and the directory is there.
For manually installed Netbeans, it complains it could not locate the jvm and asked for it to be included in the netbeans.conf file, so I used:
netbeans_jdkhome="/usr/lib/jvm/default-java"
This used to work in a previous version of Fedora, but now it does not, so what should I use?

I've never seen default-java ... isn't that what Debian uses? Just use /usr/lib/jvm/java.

Ah, so THAT is where it came from! ;)
Ok, I will update my netbeans.config to that path!
I use the following to include debian as well: netbeans_jdkhome="/usr/lib/jvm/java:/usr/lib/jvm/default-java"
Thanks!

Hmm....
ok, so I can only have ONE pathname entry for jdkhome, so I cannot use multiple jvm pathnames. So for debian I just created a symbolic link: java->default-java so it all works now.
Again, thanks.
