Hi, I've started organizing our presence at FOSDEM 2016, mainly our traditional booth there. Coming to FOSDEM this time? Add your name to the list, so that we know what fedorians will be there: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FOSDEM_2016 Note that we need ~6 ppl for booth duty and contributors that will represent Fedora at the booth may get sponsored.
I've booked 6 beds in Aris Grand Place Hotel (our traditional hotel Radisson Blu is unfortunately fully booked). The reservation can be changed or canceled, I booked it to have something before it's too late for moderate room rates.

Hi,
I plan to come a bit earlier to visit CentOS Dojo and RDO meetup. I'll stay in a hotel on my own, but i'll be at the booth.

We're going to have 100 "Proud Fedora User" t-shirts at FOSDEM. We should have some criteria based on which we can give them away. One of the ideas was that we'd give it to those who have a FAS account and get their initial Fedora badge (for attending FOSDEM) and then we can track if they continued contributing to Fedora. But I'm open to other ideas.
Moreover, I've booked a separate room for Jona Azizaj because she's the only woman in the group. That freed one bed in the "boys'" rooms, so if you're still looking for accommodation, let me know. We can't sponsor your travel because the budget is already pretty exhausted, but we can provide lodging ;)

I like this idea, although I'm worried that long-time proud Fedora users who _aren't_ getting their first badge might be sad to not qualify. I guess at that point the line could be: "We made these shirts as a special way to evangelize to new users. I can see you're also a proud Fedora user, so you can have one if you want, but it'd be even better if we can use it to appeal to someone new."
