Hi guys,
I just came across this project:
Maybe this would be more useful than zarafa to all the groups in Fedora ?

This looks neat. I'm not certain what the requirements were for zarafa but Open Atrium is:
1) GPL2 2) Provides a nice calendar. 3) Is based on Drupal. 4) Is written in PHP and runs atop MySQL/MariaDB (not sure about PostgreSQL). 5) Seems easy to maintain and use. 6) Can be installed locally on our systems.
I don't know how long the project has been around or what support will be like in the future so that might be something to worry about. I'm also not certain about an e-mail plugin.

Well, the thing is... we are only looking for a calendar server. ;) This thing looks like a big pile of features, 90% of which we don't want or need. :)
it does look somewhat modular and it's drupal based, so, perhaps we could just re-use the calendar part in our insight instance? Not sure... perhaps one of the insight folks could comment more on that.

Hey!
Open Atrium is a Drupal distribution. OA folks build it from drupal core and drupal contrib modules so we can reuse OA's calendar. I have a similar calendar on my instance, I'll show it on the next Insight meeting. -- Peter Borsa http://asrob.net gpg fingerprint: EF52 EF5D 9604 E11C 8219 242B AB24 5B0B C6CD 1242
