I can't find anything for that build... but I may not be looking in all the right places. Do you have anything newer?

All systems are running RHEL6 except one app server.Sorry I can't help more but this doesn't seem to be from any RPM I can find in EPEL so is probably something embedded now in some other code.

I rebuilt it from the Rawhide RPM on an RHEL 6.3 box in the Fedora private cloud. Did *not* get this problem -- image built fine. (Issues with grub2 remain to resolve, but that's a different kettle of dynamite.)
