Trying to figure out why mirrormanager front end and back end are not tracking the same number of requests

When running the playbook to update this, we should run just one mirrorlist first to make sure it doesn't cause any issues...
ie, ansible-playbook mirrorlists.yml -l mirrorlist-osuosl*
