Per http://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/infra/docs/fedora-releases.txt we are now into our Final release freeze, which will last until 2011-11-08. (Or until the release if it slips)
Note that final freeze includes many more machines than pre-release freezes. Please consult:

For a list of affected machines. As always, any changes to those machines should be send to the list for discussion and will require 2 +1's from sysadmin-releng or sysadmin-main before being applied.
