proxy01 had 1 cpu and will reboot into 4 cpus which should help its ability to handle load. Outage should be short and backout is to move number of cpus down to 1 again.

+1, but if we:
* Revert the /etc/hosts change we made to direct phx2 hosts to proxy1 * Take proxy01 out of dns * reboot/add cpus * Re-add to dns * re-add /etc/hosts change
There should be no outage at all.
