Kevin and I found all the mac addresses for the mgmt boxes and are putting them onto dhcp so when they show up in new location.. they should come up without trying to use 'dead' networks.

There's a lot of whitespace changes too, but they seemed ok for the most part. Once we do move things we will need to also make sure we set all of them to use grub instead od pxelinux, but that does not need to be now.
