I'm traveling this week and working via a tethered phone. Freenode seems to have blocked the IP range that my phone is using so I can not get into #fedora-admin or #Fedora-metting. Does anyone know of a public IRC bouncer that I can use?
Regards, wsterling
You could try installing one your self, I played with ZNC Bouncer about 3 years a go.. easy to set up.

I am running ZNC at my house but the network lag between AT&T wireless and Comcast was making it unusable last night. I just tried it again and it appears to be fine...

Another option thats not a bouncer, but still handy in a pinch is to tunnel via fedorapeople.org. If you just need a connection for a little while and your connection disallows irc for example.
