IMO, RequestTracker is better for this kinds of ticketing system that otrs.

IMO, RequestTracker is better for this kinds of ticketing system that otrs.
There's always Roundup as well:
http://roundup.sourceforge.net/
I like it because it's very lightweight. It's also Python which might be a plus as well.

It goes both ways, The ticketing system, unfortunately, largely gets ignored. I still question whether we should continue using it or move to something else.
