We could default to us-east-1, because that's the biggest and most-full featured region, but that may come off as a little us-centric. If we link to a non translated doc, we just go to the index in that language, and not to the en-US version. Is it ok? But in fedoraproject.org, such settings isn't respected. If I put lang="ar" in <html> tag, then the page is rendered according to firfox font preferences.
