f33 support for odroid N2+ (Amlogic S922X)

Hi! While theoretically should be possible, i would like to hear some confirmation that f33 can work on odroid N2 ... Moreover, if it can work, all i have to do is to write the image on eMMC, isn't it? Disclaimer: it's my first time playing in arm world, so many things are strange to me.. Thanks a lot!! Adrian

Pine64 Rockpro64 Invalid bus 0 (err=-19)

Hello I am trying to update the SPI on a Pine64 Rockpro64. I have flashed the SPI with ayufan's uboot, Debian starts. Now I want to flash the SPI with Fedora's uboot. Here are the steps to load the Fedora uboot on the SPI: - I made the microSD using the arm-image-installer, - loaded the microSD in the RockPro, - entered the command sf probe in the u-boot prompt, - receive the message sf probe Invalid bus 0 (err=-19) Failed to initialize SPI flash at 0:0 (error -19). I have tried the erase firmware available from ayufan's repository and have the same outcome. Am I grounding the SPI pin too long? Do I need to compile the firmware with extra config? Aaron

Supported SBC

I currently have a Raspberry Pi 3 and am looking at an upgrade. The Pi 4 does’t support Fedora well, so I would like suggestions for a similar device with good support. Working wifi and video are the key things I want along with the ability to run 32 and 64-bit kernels. Thanks, Jim

linux-firmware heads up for brcmfmac wifi firmware

Hi All, Just a heads up for those that have a brcmfmac, the Cypress variants of these WiFi modules (there's 3 vendors that make them: Broadcom, Cypress/Infineon and now Synaptics) have got new firmwares, I'm giving a heads up because in some cases the firmwares are being updated from firmwares that date back to 2014 so no doubt there's quite some changes here. If you run into a problem just report it in bugzilla in the usual manner. On the plus side there's at least one CVE I'm aware of and for some of the older firmwares I've little doubt there's quite a few more.
