Thanks to the work of Rich Mattes and Paul Whalen, we're past the glibc issue. Paul just did a build-previous run and is preparing to start shadowing. If all goes well, I think we could see F13 by Christmas and F14 early in the new year.

Can we get these put in like a rawhide type of repository? For what I am doing currently, I only need base plus the dev tools. It would be nice to have a repo to sync to for updates, if there are any.

Although not meant to be used as an install source, there are the koji repos such as http://arm.koji.fedoraproject.org/repos/dist-f13-build/latest/armv5tel/ (Danger Will Robinson!).
