Dear all,
You are kindly invited to the meeting:
Diversity Team IRC Meeting on 2016-10-12 from 08:00:00 to 09:00:00 US/Eastern
At fedora-meeting(a)irc.freenode.net
The meeting will be about:
Every week, the [Diversity Team](https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Diversity) meets to discuss items on our [agenda](https://pagure.io/fedora-diversity/issues).
The goal of this diversity initiative is to help promote an inclusive community within Fedora. To do this, we assist the Diversity Advisor with the planning and implementation of diversity efforts such as the enforcement of the code of conduct, creating content highlighting the diverse community in Fedora, and offering workshops and fostering communication between Fedora sub-projects.

@rhea liked the idea. But more than that, as @meskarune mentioned about questions/tests will make it more suitable?

@jflory7 do you mean something like making sure that they've read the thing? Randomly placed in-text sentence with generated code from their fas-accountname. The secret is foo2asdf. I've met with this and its really effective way to make people read rules or whatever, before letting them into whatever they want to get into..

Hi Justin,
diversity-private(a)lists.fedoraproject.org is created, I want to test it,
can you please try to see the archive of the list here [1]. I have sent
a test message, which is visible to me.
I want to see if without subscription, is it visible to you or not?
Everyone and anyone can test too.
Thanks & Regards,
Amita

@amsharma Did you find out anything about the possibility of interactive page / Q&A form to get a badge for reading a page, like the Code of Conduct?

@tatica Do you think you would be able to try your hand at converting the purpose + impact details on the [wiki page](https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FAD_Diversity_2017) into a version of this [logic model](https://pagure.io/FedoraLogicModelTemplate)? It's not required… but I think it would be really helpful to us if we could have this for next week.

@amsharma We went through and updated the logistics section based on the budget we have at the bottom. I put a note there that for now, it is reflective of what we have planned in the budget. After determining which proposal we will follow and receiving external feedback, we can plot specific details there (e.g. restaurants, specific venues, etc.).

Hello all,
As of now, the FAD proposal on the wiki should be prepared and ready to
form into a proposal to the Fedora Council. We agreed to hopefully have
this ready to present to the Fedora Council as a ticket by Friday.
Please take time to carefully review the FAD proposal wiki page and
leave comments, feedback, or make edits to the page directly. Once you
have had a chance to review the wiki page, please leave a +1/-1 vote for
the FAD in the ticket. If no -1 votes or additional constructive
feedback by Friday, we will move forward with proposing the FAD officially!

Thanks for your time!
