Unfortunately I woke up this morning with a pain in one of my teeth; called the dentist and they can only see me at, you guessed it, 11AM (1600Z). So I guess I have little choice but to miss this one.
On the off chance that they don't have to do extensive roadwork on my mouth, I'll be back online as soon as possible. I may try to connect from my phone, but I doubt I'll be able to discuss anything that way.

Just a note that I have a phone appointment with Bank of America this morning. Should be done by 16:00UTC but when talking about Bank of America, you never know.
I've updated the Bundled Library Draft and am +1 on the changes therein. I'll read any meeting notes and vote on the guidelines if I do end up missing the meeting.
