That's an odd one. The license hasn't changed, he's just not distributing source for free anymore (but he's also not making any attempt to prevent anyone else from distributing the source for free either).

I suppose it depends on whether Marek wants to pay the 42 EUR for it to be in Fedora.

If it was me, I wouldn't, I'd just kill it off.
