rspec, rake updated on rawhide

Hello, ruby hackers: I updated rspec related packages (rspec-expectations, rspec-mocks, rspec-core, rspec and rspec-rails) to 2.12.X on rawhide. If something went wrong, please report it on bugzilla. Also rake was updated to 10.0.3. Some deprecated APIs got removed so please check out new rake on rawhide. Regards, Mamoru TASAKA

Hello Ruby SIG, After a week of toying with Ruby On Rails I18N solutions, we finally managed to add internationalization support to the Is It Fedora Ruby website. We would like to invite all of you to translate FedoraRuby into your native language at the Transifex Platform [1]. The full project has less than 500 words, so it should not take much time.
