Hello,
please check Ruby on Rails 5.1 system wide change proposal.

Something that piqued my interest:
Yarn, Webpack and Capybara integration
Do we actually have these in Fedora? It doesn't do us much good to mention these if we can't have the tools in the distro too...

We have Capybara.
We don't have yarn nor webpack as far as I know, but I don't think this is an issue. Framework supports these tools, so why not mention them?

You are right. From the quick look I gave it before, yarn and webpacker gems were not in Fedora. I was however hoping to package them, either with someones help, or myself. Thanks for bringing this up.
Any volunteers are welcome.
