The only change is that the -debuginfo package needs to Require: kernel-module-%{mainpkgname} (its not any good without it).

As to location, I'm very inclined to standardize on: /lib/modules/%{kver}/extra/%{mainpkgname}
I changed it -- but I still would prefer the directory used by upstream. Just a note: "extra =! extras" so other 3rd party repos probably could and should use this also.
I'll update the Wiki and the example found on my homepage when I have online-access the next time.
