This looks like it would be a great resource for the Ruby SIG, particularly with the tight version coupling I see in a lot of gemspecs.

Who's coordinating this for Ruby in Fedora? It's a little hard to figure out usernames with this tool (unlike Koji)

The list was initially put together by jstribny. It should cover all Rails gems. I'd say you can add any gem you like into Ruby group.
BTW this [1] is upstream repository of the project, if you have any ideas for improvements.
