As I'm sure everyone knows but is worth repeating, Fedora is an ongoing process, and the new direction isn't set in stone. I know some of FPC would like it be reversed, but — see long, long thread! — I don't think that's the only possible positive approach and would really like to encourage proposals for refinement to address missing parts.
