a bug report regarding a missing kde-i18n-Arabic in FC4 is required

Yes, I just noticed that FC4 doesn't have a package kde-i18n-Arabic. Actually, there is every language in the world plus one and still Arabic is not there! How do we translate press <Enter>?

Should we leave <Enter> as it is or shoud we translate it to <إدخال>?
