But this is documentation, not Software... it makes no sense to put it in Software from UX perspective. You don't go to the Android appstore to look for android documentation, right?
But you still find plenty of books and manuals in the Google store.

Huh. So, well, as long as Release Notes is not a launcher we install by default, it might be okay to show it in Software... still a bit weird, but it could work. maybe.
