I will use the command-line until Cockpit does the job.
From the replies I assume this will be handled without a bug report.
No, I don't think it will be handled without a bug report. Cockpit already supports user account management. If you miss any feature there , you should file a bug report with RFE.
Yes, I spoke with Stef Walter yesterday and he'd like the Workstation SIG to provide a list of functionality that they want to see supported in user account management.
That's a really weird question to ask. I would certainly imagine that the SIG would say that the Users settings panel matches whatever functionality is required.
Today, the user features in Cockpit are very limited, so providing use-cases and requests would be ideal. A set of RFE tickets on https://github.com/cockpit-project/cockpit/issues would likely be appreciated.
Folks for whom the User settings panel doesn't provide enough functionality should file those bugs indeed. _______________________________________________ desktop mailing list -- desktop@lists.fedoraproject.org To unsubscribe send an email to desktop-leave@lists.fedoraproject.org
I created a bug on Gnome bugzilla and posted a RFE issue on github for the Cockpit project.

Hope it is not overkill.
