We noticed this. Richard updated the install instructions to include both repos: http://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/rhughes/f20-gnome-3-12/
If using dnf, please use the --best flag. Otherwise, dnf simply skips broken packages without reporting any errors. Adam added a note to the updates-testing guide:
