I made a few changes to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_22_talking_points#Fedora_Workstation:
* Merged the scrollbar change into "refined themes". While cool, I'm not sure it stands alone.
* Combined the various app updates under "Application improvements".
Do these make sense to the rest of you?
Do we have applications beyond the GNOME base which might be valuable to highlight here? DevAssistant 0.11, maybe?

Yep, Vagrant could be a big deal for me. I'm already running F22 yet didn't know about this. I'm really glad to see libvirt support.
