Hi everyone.
I was wondering what is our plan regarding Wayland-by-default. Are we going to do this for F21, or is F21 too early for Wayland?

We are making progress but I am not sure we are ready for that just yet. Matthias would be better at answering this. F22 sounds like a better target for default. (Having an option in F21 gdm should be doable though).

If we don't have it by default, I would really like if there was an option to install it side by side with Xorg and switch in gdm. Easy to install = Easy to test and report bugs. I'd imagine something like "yum install gnome-session-wayland" to pull all the deps and install such option. Is this possible for F21?

I wrote "Having an option in F21 gdm should be doable though" which means more or less the same thing ;)
