Not really. If someone wants to pay a Fedora Developer to work on Fedora or a distro based off of it, I think that is great. One of the purposes of Fedora was to have other distributions based of of it.

Problem with a list is that once a job is taken, the request post still exists, generating more spam. A wiki page doesn't seem optimal to me, either, but it is the only thing I can think of offhand, and much better than a list.
