Since Workstation became more "independent", this change would make sense? There are REAL benefits? There are REAL downsides?
This is the point. Is "noatime" any better than "relatime"? Mutt would be used in Workstation? "noatime" really breaks anything else?

Relatime is already used and noatime breaks things like mutt IIRC

This isn't "revisit every possible somewhat controversial decision that's ever been made" time. Nothing surrounding noatime/relatime has changed at all just because there's Workstation now. Please let's keep it focused to things that make sense.
