In system-config-date.master-timezones.zh-CN.po, the comment for Vostok Station
is wrong, it's the cold pole, not the S magnetic pole.

I've implemented the templates into our wiki today and adjusted them to
be as user-friendly as possible, and work properly with subpages. Draft
