Description of problem:
latte-dock has no l10n, but kde community:
https://crowdin.com/project/kdeorg/zh-CN has make full transaltion for it.
Please add it.

How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install latte-dock
2. run latte-dock
3. Interface is English always, has no Chinese
Actual results:
Show a English interface.
Expected results:
Show Chinese interface.
