If anyone is going to be around/near #fedora-l10n (irc.freenode.net)
from 1700 to 2000 UTC *today*, Steve and I would appreciate your
steering us in the right direction.
SSSD is a component of FreeIPA, and it's SCM is on Fedora Hosted.
thx - Karsten

Sure, in terms of a rough estimate, how about we hit up #fedora-l10n
sometime between 1p.m. and 4p.m. EDT (1500-1800 UTC) today (July 14th)?
We can hammer out some of the details and then we'll post back to this
list (and a wiki page) about our plans.

Welcome, we certainly appreciate the help.
Translators join the L10N group:
https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-trans-list
Translators work a little differently than the Docs group, so you will want
to post over there and start to meet some of the folks on that list.

Hello everyone,
My name is Tomek Chrzczonowicz. I'm a Polish student of Applied
Languages at University of Silesia. I've been a Fedora user only since
F10 and still have some system administration learning to do.
This is my first attempt at contributing to a Free Software project, so
please bear with me until I find my feet around here. For starters I'd
like to first get a grip on the tools and processes, and if there is a
particular project that could use my help - please let me know.
I also noticed that there are some project websites whose Polish
translations could use some more polish :), so I hope I could do that as
well.

Hi!
I've got a problem. I can't submit the po-file for the danish translation of
comps. Does anybody else have problems with uploading the comps-po?
// Kris Thomsen (da)
Hi!
I'm sitting and translation the po's for RPM - but I don't know if there is
something that shouldn't be translated - f.ex things between < and > (e.g.
<policy>). And which strings are commands that should be runned - and not
translateable?
And all the old strings with "#" in front of them - does it matter to
translate those?
// Kris Thomsen (da)
Hi all.
A quick heads-up that we just run a proofreading of Tx's strings and
produced some changes, bringing the 100% languages to 95%.

Looking forward to receiving more translations. Thanks for everyone
who has contributed so far. Keep rocking.

Hi fellow translators!
I was wandering where the package descriptions in PackageKit GNOME come
from? I have found an error I want to edit in the translation - but can't
find out where they are.
Can somebody help mere out here? :)

The logistics(a)lists.fedoraproject.org mailing list has been created to
meet the requirements discussed here:
http://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-advisory-board/2009-July/msg00000.html
Anyone is welcome to join the list at:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/logistics and
participants are strongly encouraged to use it only for important topics
that need to be coordinated across teams.
I have also take the liberty to sign up leads from each the teams that
attended the Fedora 11 Release Readiness meetings (assuming they will be
the same for Fedora 12) as well as the people who have expressed an
interest in helping with or learning more about the Fedora Zikula CMS
implementation. Feel free to adjust things by adding or removing yourself.
