Description of problem: The output of "kexec -h" is not translated at all.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): F18/20120924-test_days-i386.iso
How reproducible: Everytime "kexec -h" is entered.
Steps to Reproduce: 1.Enter "kexec -h" in the terminal as root. 2. 3.
Actual results: All the output from the "kexec -h" is in English.
Expected results: It should be localized.
