Are there any objections?
No objections from the Docs side of the house, if it matters. I recently put some updates in the TQSG itself to help people with the process of translating docs from the new git repos. Basically, they can use Transifex, but we'll also put in instructions for using git *if* there are a significant number of translators who would like those instructions too.
If there are no objections from the L10n team, I will request a new home for the TQSG on Fedorahosted in a few hours.
Would we like that to be on git or something more simple like Mercurial? (heh)
The Doc Team is working in git. I would suggest to place the TQSG in a git repository like the other docs (release notes, install guide) just to be consistent.
Fabian
BTW, I know that you like hg the most, Dimitris

Well, we still need two things:
* A decision from some accountable person in L10n that they want to move the TQSG
* The name of the person who will be responsible for overseeing maintenance of that doc, so we can put it in Fedora Hosted
If FLSCo or some other decision-making entity decides on git, I can easily help create the repository, Trac, and so forth. I've done it several times now for Docs. If you decide on something else, I can't help, but that should be purely up to the L10n team to decide.

I think we have general consensus that the move from CVS is necessary.

Noriko is de facto current maintainer of that doc. Also me and some other l10n people are actively trying to help her.

+ 1 for git. What's your opinion, Noriko? Anyone else?

Thank you raven, Fabien also is working on it.

I am not enough knowledge anyway, but docs team go with git, so +1 for git.

I didn't notice that the move has happened some days ago. Post on fedora-trans-list about it would be nice. ;)
Also thank you for sponsoring me in FAS group!

He is not even in cvsl10n.
