Hi Ye Cheng, Welcome. Happy translation. Your subscription to Simplified Chinese translation mailing list is accepted now. Don't forget to post your self introduction there too. If you have any question on translation or localisation, just ask on the mailing lists or IRC channel(#fedora-zh, every Friday night is better).
I think these two pages[1-2] are good for you to start.

Hi Tian Shixiong, I really appreciate your quick reply, but I encountered some problem when trying to post on the Simplified Chinese translation mailing list. I tried to post the introduction both through the web and email interfaces and both interfaces notified me that the post was sent successfully, but my post didn't appear on the mailing list archive. (Is it because the mailing list was marked as inactive?)
What should I do to fix this problem?
Regards,
Ye Cheng

It's because the first post from the new subscriber needs human review. It's a preset of the mailing list. It's OK now.
