Why we mantain the transifex translate in our transifex[1], if it have yourself upstream project?
Should we remove this project from our infra?

It seems you have two options. You can:
a) translate Transifex, as it's quite small and very useful project,
b) stop treating Various section as your 'duty', whatever that means. It's just a bunch of totally different software we find useful to have there for different reasons. You can translate them or not.

I don't think that's really a problem, since it's hosted on similar, free service. Additionally, we use it extensively in our infrastructure.

I advice you to translate projects to which you have resources, time, knowledge, and will. You simply can't translate everything. The core Fedora modules are in Fedora XX categories, they have a priority.
Various section is just... various. Some projects are there just because they are hosted on our infrastructure.
Some are there because they are important for Fedora and were initially translated by us, then moved to more 'upstream' services (projects like PulseAudio, RPM, or Transifex did this). We still find them important for Fedora distribution and like to promote them among translators, to help these projects *and* Fedora.
Answers like that are responsible for avoid new collaborators.

Is any better way to address this ambiguous?

If there are only pluses, there is nothing we can do really. ;) So projects concerned here are these:
Avahi FreeIPA iBus imsettings PulseAudio paprefs pavucontrol RPM SSSD Transifex yum
FreeIPA and SSSD are different from the rest, because they are hosted on fedorahosted.org and I believe they use tx.net only for the e-mail submission feature. Should we count them as 'upstream' projects, or they are willing to switch to t.fp.o after upgrade to 0.7? I'm CC'ing their maintainers, I hope they can clear this out.
Another different set of packages are iBus and imsettings, which I guess should be moved to tx.net already. It is of course up to their maintainers.
For now, I'm going to create "Various upstream resources" (anyone with better naming for it and for current Various?) and move non-fedorahosted projects here.

The SSSD is using transifex.net because it supports the email submission feature, and t.fp.o did not back when we were setting it up.

FreeIPA and SSSD are different from the rest, because they are hosted on fedorahosted.org and I believe they use tx.net only for the e-mail submission feature. Should we count them as 'upstream' projects, or they are willing to switch to t.fp.o after upgrade to 0.7? I'm CC'ing their maintainers, I hope they can clear this out.
The SSSD is using transifex.net because it supports the email submission feature, and t.fp.o did not back when we were setting it up.
If you feel that it would get more attention on t.fp.o, then I'm all for it.
Another different set of packages are iBus and imsettings, which I guess should be moved to tx.net already. It is of course up to their maintainers.
For now, I'm going to create "Various upstream resources" (anyone with better naming for it and for current Various?) and move non-fedorahosted projects here.
