For update,
The above module is still unable to submit via Transifex due to the ownership issue [1], waiting for Infra team action..

The ticket and the bug [1] are both resolved now and some initial commits seem to have also been made for German and Spanish[2][3]. But the package is still not available under tx. Any updates on the status for this package?
Thanks a lot
regards Runa

Thanks for bringing this to our attention Runa. I enabled the package in Transifex and issued a first submission:
https://translate.fedoraproject.org/submit/module/system-switch-java
I'd suggest everyone to use bug reports to report issues and requests on our Websites. Bug [1] was not assigned to the L10n project so we weren't notified. In this case you can either re-assign the bug to a different person or component.
Everyone, please, using bug reports instead of the list for bugs and requests. It gets the right people to get notified about it and allow the list to focus on discussions. Wait patiently until someone steps up to work on them. If you're feeling impatient, ping on the report, ping people on IRC, or (better) step up to submit a patch.

I wanted to report a defect on tx, but it seems that transifex is not supported in redhat bugzilla:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/enter_bug.cgi?product=Fedora&component=trans...
Is this the right place to report?

If it's only related with the Fedora instance, yes. If it's an upstream problem, so you can report here[1] after browser around[2] and see if it is not reported already. :)

It's related to Fedora statistics, but the problem is that transifex is not listed as component there, however transifex web page redirects to that url for reporting bugs...
Thanks Diego!

Should be fixed now. This was caused by mistake in DL configuration.
