I have been depending on some friends to lock and upload files for me, through emailing them and attaching the files, which is a very time-consuming process, and I can't keep depending on them all the time. Getting those permissions will make it much easier for me to translate and upload files. I talked at the list a couple of times, but no one helped me. So please help me if you can. Thank you !! Even when I do, the same problem !! I have not yet been approved to join the translation group. My request is still pending, and I'm still waiting !! The situation is not so bad for widely translated languages, but for less widely translated languages, users will click on links and most will be in English; they might not even discover that *any* books have been translated into their language, so the hard work of the translation team gets lost in a sea of English. In case translators have not realised, the menus are now all automatically generated, so it's not possible for us to manually add links any more. I will ask the Publican developer today whether some kind of "cross linking" is possible. Even if this becomes possible, it would solve problem 1 but not problem 2. I wonder if a better solution would be for me to add a prominent notice to the "Welcome" page to tell visitors "to see a full list of all documentation, change the language to English"? Cheers Rudi

Hello everybody, I have been translating some packages lately, and I have finished about 20 po files already. The trouble is that I don't have the required privileges to upload them!! Some friends have been helping me upload those files, but I can't keep depending on them all the time. I need permissions to lock and upload translations !! Can anyone help me ?! Abdalrahim G.
