Thank you to the translators for their continued work on the redesigned fedoraproject.org website. I know we have changed a few strings over the last few days. We did this only after hearing some feedback from a few people that it would be acceptable. Update POTs for new website redesign

Hi intrepid translators, We've made some updates and fixes to text in the website redesign to make it shorter and simpler to read. We think that will also make it easier to translate. There are several dozen strings that have changed, some of them substantially, so changing the POT and merging PO would definitely affect the translation statistics. Can the Websites team do a POT refresh and PO merge on Friday Oct. 15 (2010-10-15), that would include these updates? -- Paul W. Changes to readme-burning-isos

I was checking a few of my guides and noticed there was a problem with the translations coming in on readme-burning-isos[1]. Apparently a few changes were made but the POTs and POs weren't updated. I just updated the POTs and POs which created five "fuzzy" lines over three files: Validating.po, Downloading.po, and Next.po. I appologize for the mix up. Strange statistics for the release notes

When looking at the page for the Fedora 14 release notes, there are seven languages noted as 100% translated. But the total number of messages differs between them. Most have 953, but Polish 717 and Spanish 856. Italian, which is on 98%, also has a total of 717 messages. I don't know what the reason could be, but I thought I'd mention it in case someone knows what to do.

Hasan and Turkish translators The username 'hasanalpinan' has now been approved cvsl10n group, and he should now be able to submit his translation via Transifex directly. In the team page, there is no mailing list registered for Turkish team. F14 Release Notes deadline is coming

Hi It is 18-Oct, F14 Final Release Notes deadline. In other post, Polish will be finishing soon. So that there will be seven languages to be finished 100% in total. It is now needed for docs team to package those release note translation into RPM for GA. Could you please give a shout if any other language team is looking at to finish this release note asap? cheers noriko
